The client required that all project consultants assemble an on-site team that would help bring the project to fruition in the shortest possible time frame for this fast-track project. From design inception through project construction, the on-site team would collaborate based on a file-sharing system that would provide each consultant 'live' drawings for the duration of the project. This method of achieving immediate information and ensuring full coordination of the work was an early inspiration that has driven Albert's work ethic and attention to detail to this day.

As a landscape designer for the SWA Group, Albert was responsible for the design coordination and detailing of the hardscape and landscape elements for the entire project. Having relocated to Orlando for this project, Albert was a key team member coordinating with other team members working off-site. Given the fast pace of the project, Albert was able to advance his skillset quickly and learn from working hand in hand with the consultant team.
