Pokrovsky Hills is a new residential community developed on the west side of Moscow. The project vision was to create a place to raise a family in a secure community built around The International School. The residential community included four phases of development post-completion of the International School.
Albert's work on this project included site planning, grading design, hardscape detailing, and landscape design. Upon completion of the design work, Albert's role was to manage the construction administration phase of the project inclusive of making site visits, project reporting, and coordination of construction detailing with the local construction team from Hines.
