Project Manager for the 17-story hotel that was a major renovation an alteration of an existing structure purchased mid way through construction. Responsibilities included coordinating plan submittals with architects, expeditors and the New York City Department of Buildings, coordination of architectural, structural and MEP plans, field supervision of contractors, approvals and submittals, scheduling, budgets and construction coordination.

Working at the project site, Albert was directly responsible for the project schedule, coordinating all work, reviewing and approving contractor payment applications, organizing weekly team meetings, coordinating the work of the contractors and reporting the project details directly to the owners. In addition to the responsibilities listed above, Albert coordinated the zoning plan approvals and building code compliance requirements during the complex multi-stage submittal process.
