Project and Construction Manager for the 10-story mixed-use building located on the lower east side of Manhattan. As the person directly responsible for the design coordination and construction of the 10 Story mixed-use building, Albert directly reported to the owner during all phases of project development and up through project completion.

Working full-time on-site, Albert coordinated the architectural, structural, and MEP design stages of the project. He reviewed and approved drawings and coordinated the permitting of the project with the architects and project expeditors. During the construction, Albert was responsible to bid and award subcontracts, schedule all work, approve payment applications, and manage all subcontractors.
