Design and Construction consultant on the developer's team pursuing the City of Middletown RFQ. The City of Middletown opened the bid to developers seeking to partner with an experience team capable of developing land to add more parking in the heart of their vibrant downtown. The design solution to expand parking included a new below grade parking structure concealed by a new public plaza that was envisioned to expand the reach of Main Street. The plaza would serve as the City's new Civic Space for years to come.

Albert was the lead coordinator and responsible to prepare the RFQ package that was subsequently awarded to the development team. As the lead coordinator, Albert was responsible for coordinating the building types with the architects, developing the study models, volumetric diagrams, master plan, and renderings among all the details of the RFQ submittal. Albert continues to coordinate the site plan with the development team as they finalize their Developer's agreement with the City.
