Senior Project and Construction Manager for the construction of a new 9-story mixed-use residential building in New York City. Albert was responsible for the project from inception through completion in 2022. His work included coordination and sign off of the demolition phase prior to the new construction, site logistics plans, bidding and awarding subcontracts, planning and scheduling all phases of the project through completion.
This project was built during the COVID pandemic. The COVID regulations added to the project were folded into the construction process to allow the project to continue under NYC DOB supervision. Despite the addition of the COVID regulations, the project was completed with few delays caused by the pandemic.
